Elevated Deck & Fence is looking for a LABORER. At Elevated Deck & Fence our highly trained professionals are dedicated to helping clients find the perfect solution to their outdoor needs. Every project is unique and we strive to customize services according to the clients individual needs. We are looking for individuals with a passion to build and elevate the home experience for our clients. As well as someone who has a commitment to quality. Our focus is fence, deck, and pergola installation.

Qualifications:

• One year of construction experience REQUIRED. This is NOT an entry level position.
• Must be able to commute to Idaho Falls for work and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate and follow instructions.
• Must be accustomed to working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Must be able to perform physical activities that require moving your whole body such as pushing, pulling, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of materials. Ability to lift 50 pounds intermittently.
• Preparing job sites.
• Using a variety of tools.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to follow directions and complete tasks delegated to you in a timely manner.
• Prepare, clean, and maintain job sites as assigned.
• Ensure work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety guidelines.
• Engage in onsite training.
• Comply with company policy and procedure.
• Engage in the deck, fence, and pergola installation process.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors on worksite conditions, updates and possible issues.
• Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Reflect Elevated Deck & Fence values, vision, and mission when on the jobsite and engaging with clients.
• Show up to work and job sites on time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
